Account Registration

To register a Javtogel account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception. Javtogel reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration at any time and may request additional supporting documents if necessary.

Withdrawal of Winnings

Javtogel is committed to processing member withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following terms govern the withdrawal process on our platform.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit within 5 to 10 minutes after the application is approved.
• Members are entitled to one free withdrawal per day. Additional withdrawals on the same day may be subject to an administrative fee.
• Javtogel reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This includes a copy of your identity card and bank statement.
• Winnings earned using bonus credits may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement has been fully met.

All Javtogel bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special promotions — are subject to the terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all Javtogel bonuses unless otherwise specified.

• Welcome bonus is available to new members who make their first deposit. Only one claim is permitted per individual.
• The standard rollover requirement for the Javtogel welcome bonus is 10x bonus amount received must be met within 30 days.
• All bets placed on any Javtogel game count towards the rollover requirement unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses that are not rolled over within the specified period will expire automatically without prior notice.

Game Rules

• All game outcomes are final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption or internet disconnection during a live game, Javtogel will settle the round based on our server records, which are considered the official record.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified once a round has begun.
• Javtogel uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all digital game versions. Each round's outcome is independent and is not influenced by previous rounds.

Member Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

Javtogel reserves the right to freeze, suspend or close any member account under certain circumstances. Members may also request closure of their own account at any time.

Limitation of Liability
